The Junior League of Colorado Springs is proud to call CARE Fair our special Signature Project providing services and information to families in the Pikes Peak region. CARE Fair is an annual service event providing a day of FREE immunizations, physicals and other health screenings to children ages 4-18 years in the community who are uninsured. The event has served over 3,000 children since 2003. This program provides a direct and substantial impact to the underserved children in the Springs' community.
