Junior League of Colorado Springs

We would like to invite your organization to participate in the Junior League of Colorado Springs’ Community Assistance Resource Event (CARE Fair) on July 17th, 2010.  Since its inception, CARE Fair has served over 3,000 children in need throughout the Colorado Springs area.  As we plan this year’s 8TH anniversary CARE Fair event, we look to organizations like yours to help make the event a success by providing the children and families we serve with valuable information.

We are arranging for a variety of relevant exhibitors to display materials and answer questions about their resources and services.  Please accept this letter as your formal invitation to exhibit at the event.  The cost for the day is $30.  We will provide a 4 ½ foot table for your organization and assistance with unloading your materials.  If you plan to bring your own table or a free-standing display, please let us know how much space you will require.  Unfortunately, we are unable to provide electrical outlets.

Your organization must provide its own general liability and worker's compensation insurance along with a copy of your general liability coverage for the day.

We look forward to your participation at the CARE Fair event on Saturday, July 18th at the Peak Vista Community Health Center, 225 S. Union Blvd (directly across from Memorial Park.)  Exhibitor set-up begins at 8am; CARE Fair will end at 3pm
