It is JLCS members and volunteers from the Colorado Springs community who will make our event a success! This year’s date is Saturday, July 18th. The location will be the Peak Vista Community Health Center at 225 S. Union Blvd. (directly across from Memorial Park on the corner of S. Union and Printers Parkway). Volunteer shifts are available throughout the day – 8am – 12noon; 11am – 1pm and 12noon – 3pm.
You can choose to assist with a variety of duties including – attendee registration; assistance in physicals, immunizations, dental, vision, or hearing tests; exit surveys/backpack distribution; hairstylist help; Spanish translation; celebrity reading; break room attendant; traffic control and volunteer registration.
