Junior League of Colorado Springs

The Junior League of Colorado Springs, in conjunction with Sky Sox Baseball, is collecting donations for care packages for children impacted by the Waldo Canyon Fire. In an effort to bring comfort to the many children who left their homes with little to nothing, the JLCS and Sky Sox Baseball are asking the community to donate new books, coloring books, crayons, small non-electronic games, toys, and stuffed animals.

If you would like to contribute to these efforts through a monetary donation, the JLCS will use your donation towards care package items on your behalf. Any proceeds remaining after the conclusion of this drive will be donated to the American Red Cross and Care and Share to continue with the relief efforts. Please write Waldo Canyon Fire in the comments box when processing your donation. Donations can be made through July 3, 2012.
