Make a Difference in Colorado Springs!
The JLCS is organization which reaches out to women of all races, religions and national origins who demonstrate an interest in and a commitment to voluntarism. Women from every background give their talent, energy, time and money to the educational and charitable activities of the Junior League to improve the quality of life in our community.
The League organizes and trains its members and community volunteers for effective action and leadership in the community through orientations, seminars, and "hands-on" experience. As a result, quality involvement and community impact are achieved.
Each of our Junior League members has made a personal commitment to improve the quality of life for our community. Our success is the collective expression of that individual commitment.

What Does It Mean to Be a Provisional Member?
The JLCS Provisional Committee plans and implements a new member course that directs the training of new JLCS members. As a Provisional, you will work closely with your Provisional Class to learn about the League, begin volunteering within the community, and enjoy fun social time. During your provisional class (August through December or February through May), you must meet meeting and volunteer hour requirements and commit to a financial obligation.
Want More Information?
Membership information nights for our provisional calsses will be scheduled in January 2010. At the membership information nights you will learn everything you need to know about the League and how to become a member.
