Touch-A-Truck is one of El Paso County’s premier family events. The purpose of this fun, family-oriented, hands-on event is to raise funds to support the community-based initiatives of the JLCS. In the past 90 years, the Junior League of Colorado Springs has returned over $2 million and volunteered over 2,000,000 hours of service to the community.
Smiling children, volunteers serving the community, and good times - that’s how the Junior League of Colorado Springs’ Touch-a-Truck event will be remembered by all who attend! Come see cement trucks, fire trucks, race cars, SWAT vehicles, and more on Saturday, January 31 and Sunday, February 1, 2015 at the Freedom Financial Services Expo Center.
At work, these trucks and vehicles can be driving fast, moving large rocks, or saving lives. Now they are in a safe location for kids to sit in the driver’s seat having the same view as a race car driver.
